Liz Anjos is a pianist and songwriter based in Portland, Oregon. She began playing piano at the age of seven in southeastern Pennsylvania, studied piano performance with Dr. Yeeseon Kwon while earning her Bachelor of Arts at Greenville College (IL), and now studies with musical artist and concert pianist Sophie Lippert. Anjos spent four years touring internationally with indie-pop act and Grammy-winning artist RAC, performing in renowned festivals including Coachella and Lollapalooza. In 2014 she created the solo project Pink Feathers and has since released two EPs of original music. Her song “Ghosts” was featured on MTV’s Awkward. Most recently, Anjos composed a suite of piano compositions inspired by her 52 day thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail.

Liz is also an avid runner and hiker. In addition to being a 2:51 marathoner, she is the fastest known woman in history to hike the entire 2,193 mile Appalachian Trail northbound, as well as the fastest known woman to complete the 72 mile traverse of the Great Smoky Mountains.
